Mako Terms of Use

Mako is a personal assistant provided for lawful personal and household use. You are responsible for the services and devices you connect and for keeping your account secure.

Mako is not an emergency monitoring, medical, security, or life-safety service. Do not rely on it as a substitute for emergency services or the official Ring application.

External integrations can change or become unavailable. By connecting an external service, you authorize Mako to perform the functions you select and agree to that provider's terms.

SMS program terms

By opting in, you agree to receive automated text messages from Mako (reminders, alerts, notifications, and replies to your requests). Message frequency varies with your usage. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time; after STOP you will receive no further messages.
